Abstract
Abstract: Based on disadvantages with large pipeline size and tube loss about the existing hydraulic driving system of rape windrower, according to the pipelines of hydraulic drive system for rape windrower, the relationship between the tube loss and pipeline structure parameters was analyzed and determined. Combined with the effect of tube losses, minimum bend radius and cost, the comprehensive scoring method was used to optimize the pipe diameter of the header, horizontal and vertical conveyor assembly operating branches. Consistency was.determined between the simulation of the tube loss by FLUENT module of the ANSYS and the result obtained by fuzzy evaluation. The method would provide better reference for the pipeline optimization of windrower hydraulic driving system.
