Abstract
Abstract: Under the uncertainty of market demand, the method exponential smoothing was utilized to forecast the real demand, coupled with information sharing and PID control theory. Four kinds of ordering models were established under different backgrounds, including the ones with or without information sharing, further on, based on the PID control respectively. A comparing of values was obtained by the simulation examples of corresponding bullwhip effect. Through the research, it is found the impact of PID control is better than that of information sharing on weakening the bullwhip effect, which is fit for the condition without information sharing. PID control, integrated into the information sharing is maybe the way to make full of further controlling the bullwhip effect.
