Abstract
Abstract: Electro-mechanical actuator (EMA) is a key part for helicopter to realize the accurate guidance. Random vibration and impact can affect its working performance directly. Based on multi-software co-simulation, a new method for analyzing the influence of mechanical environment on the working performance of EMA was proposed. The model of EMA was built by UG, and then mechanical property of the EMA interconnecting pieces under work condition was analyzed by ADAMS. After that, Patran and Nastran were used to study the dynamics features including random vibration and impact performance, so as to get influence of mechanical load on the structure and working performance of EMA. Meanwhile, vibration equipment was used to verify the simulation result. The testing result shows that the proposed simulation method can be used for the mechanical analysis and design of EMA, as well as some other electromechanical devices.
