Abstract
Abstract: Modeling simulation on project organization combines qualitative individual behavior, organizational behavior and task process, which effectively solves the backlog of tasks, rework and other issues caused by the organizational complexity. The modeling method based on the computational organization theory is divided into organization simulation modeling based on system dynamics, organization simulation modeling based on Agent and organization social network modeling based on SNA. The system dynamics simulates the business process from the perspective of macro organization system. The Agent organization model is able to emerge macro behaviors of organization though simulation of micro behaviors. The SNA method focuses on the relationship between organizational actors and network. The existing research still has the following shortcomings: the research of organization model which combined process and organization is less, the perspective of organizational modeling is single, different organizational structure model is imperfect. The direction of future research is pointed out.
