Abstract
Abstract: The traditional method which aggregates the information in a period of time to the static network cannot reflect effectively the dynamic features between the network nodes and their relations. The temporal network and its applications were studied. The temporal network was introduced and the differences between temporal network and static network were analyzed. The types and the two kinds of representation methods of temporal network were divided. The model of temporal network was constructed. Temporal path and temporal distance were discussed. Taking the vulnerability analysis of space information network for example, the results show the advantages of temporal network.
