Abstract
Abstract: To solve the problem of misidentification of star maps due to time sequence mismatch in the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system of star navigation, where star trackers with different shutter types (global shutter and rolling shutter) and star simulators with varying refresh display methods (whole frame refresh and line sweep refresh) operated without synchronization, a time sequence design method of the dynamic simulation scene for starlight navigation without the need of external synchronization signals was proposed. The method could design the refresh frequency and duty cycle of the corresponding star simulators according to the detector integration time of the tested star trackers to ensure that the star trackers could receive multiple complete cycles of star simulator modulated display images within one exposure time. To address the time sequence mismatch between the frames caused by the time-consuming rendering of a single frame of the dynamic simulation scene, a test method was proposed for the delay time of the dynamic simulation scene of star simulators, which compensated for the delay time of the scene rendering and reduced the star map errors observed by the star trackers in the current moment, thus ensuring the correctness of the navigation model solving. The results of simulation experiments have shown that the method can realize the correct solving of the four elements of the navigation of the star trackers, which has certain theoretical value and guiding significance for the time sequence design of the dynamic simulation scene of the starlight navigation.
