Abstract

Abstract: To solve the problems of opaque production processes, difficult expression of production information, and high difficulty in real-time model driving and safety monitoring in fully mechanized mining faces of thin coal seams, studying the use of digital twin technology and risk early warning models to solve beyond-visual-range visual production operations and safety monitoring control of the working face has important theoretical and practical value. This paper studied the construction methods of the digital twin system for fully mechanized mining faces in thin coal seams and discussed the construction of high-precision three-dimensional models, the real-time collection and processing conversion of massive data, the visualization of production data and construction of digital twin scenes, and the construction of risk early warning models. Regarding the technical realization of risk early warning models, models for collision risk early warning, support pressure early warning, and collision early warning for triangular coal and abnormal areas were designed, and the real working face system construction and application tests were carried out based on the research content. The verification results demonstrate that the system is effective.
